My brother - who I just talked about in my last post - has always dreamed of being an airline pilot, but is afraid of heights! :hammer:
So anyway, while on their last trip to Disney, he watched his two year old son, while his wife went on Soarin’ with their twelve year old daughter. Once it was over, Morgan - their daughter - ran up to him, “Dad it’s the best ride they’ve ever created! You’ve got to do this ride!” He agreed. So, Dana - the mom - watched their son, and Morgan and Ronnie went on.
Just as Dana knew that they were far enough away, she yelled, “Don’t listen to the last thing the guy on the TV says honey…” Ronnie turned and replied, “I love you too babe!”
So while standing in front on the television screen - forgive me if I don’t quote they guy correctly - the guy said, “… and if you have a fear of heights, you might want to wait in the terminal with your fellow travelers.”
According to Morgan, “Dad looked as still as a statue, and cold as ice.” Morgan grabbed his hand just as he whipped for an escape, but Morgan held on tight and assured him that it would okay. :animwink:
Ronnie Dean - the 6’6, death metal drumming teddy bear, as we call him - walked slowly into the main room, craning his neck, and looking left to right as if Goofy was on the loose without a rabbis shot. :lookaroun
Over in a corner, was a CM. Ronnie approached him and asked in a terrified polite voice, “Excuse me, does this ride go up high?” The CM stood motionless, cocked his head, gave a wide smile and said, “Why yes…” and was gone with the wind. :ROFLOL:
“Every drop of blood in Dad’s face was gone,” Stated Morgan. “He made a Jim Carrey expression, and said, ‘Okay then.” A CM approached Ronnie and asked him to take a seat. Ronnie paused and whispered, “Sure…”
He buckled in, closed his eyes, and held on tight. He felt a gush of wind, opened his eyes and screamed like a little girl as he saw the Golden Gate Bridge.

THE END. *Special thanks to the CM, for making this story worth telling!*
