Don't Fort get to watch Muppet Wizard of Oz Tonight, on ABC

Remember that the more who watch this and give good reviews, the more likely they are to open up more Muppet stuff at MGM. So after it's over, please send a note to ABC & Disney telling them how great the movie was!!!

I dunno...I do love the Muppets, but I'm not so sure if this movie's gonna be any good. I was severely disappointed at their last Christmas special. Oh whatever. I'm just gonna be optimistic.

I heard the early word on this movie is that it is really bad. I hope it is wrong, but I have a feeling this might really suck. Quentin Trantino makes a cameo in it however, that might be cool.....or not.

Figures. I bought the time warner box set a few years ago before Disney purchased them. As many DVDs/shows as there were, it wasn't all the shows and missed some of my favorite episodes. Guess I'll be shelling out more cash ; )

Ok, I have Muppets Wizard of Oz on my computer. I will be compressing it tonight and will be available only tomorrow. I graduate sunday and go home to a dialup connection. So if you want it...ask me EARLY tomorrow on Aol Instant Messanger. My screen name is Jim2386. The quality isn't perfect because my ABC station had a little noise. But if you want to see it...I have it!

To any of you younger people for who this is your first introduction to the Muppets-

They are not really this bad! They were actually funbny at one point, and they actually had character!Please, please do not let this put you off the Muppets!

I am glad Kermit sounds healthy again, and who was Miss Piggy's boyfriend (The Biker Ms. Piggy)? I didn't recognize that character.

That was Johnny Fiamma and the "monkey" was his friend and assistant, Sal Manella(I know :rolleyes: ) I know I saw them on when they tried to revive The Muppet Show as "Muppets Tonight" several years back(when they also had Clifford as the host/stage manager, instead of Kermit as host and Scooter as stage manager). Johnny is an Italian singer along the lines of a Frank Sinatra, just not nearly as good obviously. If you go the www.muppets.com/ and follow the map to Central Casting you can read more about all the characters, including them.
