Mummy missing the Mummy

Anyone know if the Mummy is fixed? We were there on 2/17-2/19 and the Mummy never came out of his tomb at the beginning of the ride. The effects with the bugs and the "majai" seemed off as well. Is this a permanent change or just something in need of repair?

The AA is known to go down. If it's an extended period they run a projected face instead on the wall next to Reggie.

It was down last October when we went, no projection to replace it though?

I've seen it with and without. I'm guessing the projection is only used during scheduled maintainence.

I really wish they'd just overhaul that scene entirely - it's embarrassing now. Reggie looks like a cartoon character and Imhotep's looked like a spookhouse reject ever since he was switched from hydraulics to pneumatics. Not to mention, the lighting scheme now makes his robotic arm hilariously apparent.
