Disney jumping on that social media hash-tag hype that the youth love. They're the only ones who give a rip about any of these, frankly arbitrary and made up "national _______" days. This is Disney's attempt to be more youthful, while ironically doing absolutely nothing different than normal.I don't know that anyone is taking this seriously--at least I'm not. I just find it weird that Disney is touting this as a 3-day celebration when there is nothing different or special about buying your chicken dinner July 6-8 as opposed to any other day. Knott's is also doing a fried chicken promotion, but you get 10% off the price. Disney is doing nothing out of the ordinary and calling it a celebration. It's not a big deal; I just think it's odd.
