Bummer! I always liked that theater at the end. It was a nice little break before heading back out into the park. Thanks for the update!

Well, gee, DisJosh, I haven't been there in a while ;), but there is one film they show where you are talking about, and then at the end there's a theater that shows clips from all the movies. And I hate it because they show Bambi's mom getting shot, and that makes me sad...

There is a theater at the end? I think on my last trip in August 2000 I skipped it instead of sitting through it. But they did have the large TV screen witht the clips in the room with the windows looking over the animators.......right? I'm not making anything up lol...........this is what I remember.

No, no...you're not making anything up. They have both screens. I think Marky was talking about the best animated clips in the theater at the end....

During the song "Two Brothers" in the American Adventure I get a little misty. Also toward the end during the song, "America, spread your golden wings" (I think that's the name). I know, I know.....I can't help it. I'm very patriotic.

It's called "Golden Dream" - yeah i usually get goosebumps when I hear that one :) ^.^

When was the last time you went there marky? They show the movie on a screen in a room with a large window that overlooks the animators work space.........thats why I'm always watching them rather than the movie.

I was there last July!

Because that means the park is closed or from all the bright fireworks? ;)

A couple of weeks ago, a friend and I got to watch RoE from a vip viewing area (don't ask). It was by the fish and chips place in U.K. There was a wedding reception going on in the vip section below. The bride looked beautiful! It was so sweet to see the couple dance to "We Go On" with the fireworks in the background. I cried for quite a while, even after the fireworks were over and I was leaving the park. As my friend said, "What a beautiful way to begin a marriage." *sniffles* I'm crying just thinking about it! :)

See, that's the bad part about going twice in a month....you're twice as sad...

Although (to attempt to fix the thread drift) after seeing so many comments about the live shows. I made a point of seeing a few more this time....

If I'd known you were dancing there, though....

;)

Well, that was just a one time special performance. Anyway, you got the private showing last night which is much better. ;)

(and we now take you back to your regularly scheduled thread)

You really should see the Poly Luau. It's an excellent show and the food is out of this world.

Hey! :(

A very good friend of mine was here last night, and I was telling him about my vacation(s), and I was trying to convince him we should go....I think I might have him talked into it... ;)

Haven't seen Hoop Dee Doo, either. Maybe I'll save that for a future trip (because, you know, then I'd have to go back). ;)
