Most incredible thing you've heard when dealing with a Disney newbee.

My daughter is 5 and she calls it Epicot, I have to keep correcting her, but its not as bad as some of the stuff I am reading here.

[standing up nervously] Hi, my name is Weather Lady ("Hi, Weather Lady.") and I have a confession to make.

In planning our upcoming trip to Disney World, I had to correct my own husband, who has been to WDW twice before. He was convinced that "Downtown Disney" was just a new name for "Toontown," and that the Magic Kingdom had acquired a huge new shopping-and-dining district.

I don't think I would have known that!

haha, Well, it's kinda funny when you are sitting at this nice 'sophisticated' restaurant and she just pulls out the bread stick, and they are fairly long, and just starts munching on it like Bugs Bunny eats a carrot, lol.

This was the conversation I had with my sister when I told her I got an interview at Disney.

Me: I got an interview at Disney!!! Yay!!
Her: OH COOL! So we're going to Halloween Horror Nights this year for free??
Me: That's at Universal...
Her: Ok.... and?
Me: And... it's not related to Disney at all.
Her: Oh...

It's not about the parks but....

I had a friend who didn't believe me Walt Disney was a person. I had to show him a picture to convince him it wasn't just a company name.

We are no longer friends.

I've been in this situation more times than I would like to recall. Sad really :(
