Most expensive Disney rides built

I see these huge numbers but they don't really make much sense to me, without context.

With the cost of movies,I can put it into perspective by how much money the movie made in theaters.

I know it's difficult to break down, but I would like to see figures on how much WDW makes each year by the inclusion of each new expensive attraction...even though it's hard to figure. The cost seems overly excessive...but not if they can make that money back in a year.
Then it seems reasonable.

One rumor has it that the Yeti itself is already fixed but the mount/foundation it is on cannot handle the force of the thrusting motion.
You would think that they would think of these like this when they built it... Ugggh

Disney rarely releases actual budget information on any of their rides and the press always seems to be given a standard, "$100 million" figure again and again and again. From a tiny omnimover dark ride to a space simulator that was in development for 7 years, somehow the reported number is always $100 million. What would make a more interesting discussion would be for us all to list Disney's big rides and assign a "worth" budget next to each. What do you all think would be a reasonable design and construction budget for the finished products we were given. In other words, if these identical rides were built by a company like say, Universal, what would they have cost.

Should-A-Been Budgets:

Tower of Terror - $100 million
Splash Mountain - $90 million
Everest - $80 million
Dinosaur - $80 million
Mission: Space - $70 million
Soarin - $55 million
Midway Mania - $35 million
Voyage of the Little Mermaid - $35 million

EE was $100 million
Mission Space $100 million
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror - $150 million
Radiator Racers - $300 million

Oz The Great and Powerful - $225 million
The last Pirates movie was over $300 million
That really kind of puts it in perspective, doesn't it?

The most expensive Disney attraction ever built costs roughly the same as a bland and forgettable movie.

What's up with that? Even the current management?
It wont get fixed until they have another real e ticket to bring the crowds away from Everest (avatar land or whatever they are planning for that area) Then I can see a refurb happening considering how the ride would be down for some serious time cause they would have to dissect the superstructure.
