What are the most expensive Disney rides ever built? I had thought that WDW's version of Twilight Zone Tower of Terror had to number one at $150 million, but I just learned that Radiator Springs Racers at DCA cost a whopping $300 million. Let's make a top ten list. I know Mission: Space was $100 million. Not sure how much Splash was but that has to be in the top ten somewhere...

The Guinness book of records had Everest as the most expensive roller coaster in 2011 so we'll add that one in there.

$100 million apparently.

Shame they couldn't sort the Yeti out with all that cash :D
I haven't ridden it yet. I'm waiting until they fix it. Will it ever get fixed? What's the hold up?

I should have seen when they first opened it! How long did it last until it was forever broken?
It's hard to pinpoint an exact date because there was always "A" mode and "B" mode.

When they starting having trouble it would alternate daily/hourly between modes.

I'm sure someone like @marni1971 could give you more of a specific date.

You are going to be waiting a loooooooooooonnnnnnggggg time.
I was also boycotting WDW since 2006 (been going to DL) but I recently decided to end my boycott. I just need to figure out when I could go. I've been holding in to a one day pass but I really need to go back to see all four parks. I might wait until SWMT opens.

Wow. It was under construction last time I was there. Was it worth it?

I think so, but then according to how people respond to my opinions of it on MiceChat, I seem to be unusually fond of that ride. There's certainly something very impressive about still being able to go to a Disney theme park in the world and being able to ride a ride that takes you underwater (mostly). Critics of the ride have compared the Nemo Submarine Voyage to Epcot's ride seen through a little porthole, but there's something about the grandeur of the submarines themselves and the authenticity of the presentation that to me makes it much more impressive.
