Most annoying Disney movie song??

I read the thread about most annoying disney song, and thought that it was pertaining to movies.....but I am curious as to what movie songs that are out there and really get on your nerves???

I would have to vote for anything from Mary Poppins.....I made the mistake of buying that for my girlfriend....boy did I forget how much I really can't stand that movie.

The "Following the Leader" song from Peter Pan. :hammer: I would always fast-forward through that part because I couldn't stand it!! And now they're playing it at Epcot for F&G... UGH!

Wow, that's exactly what I was going to post and why I clicked on the thread! I'm so sick of that music at Epcot! "Never Smile at a Crocodile" is also up there on my list.

If the music was meant to entice Peter Pan sales, it's backfiring because I never want to see that movie again at this rate.

I love that song! I was singing it one night and I jumed up with "I can't wait until tomorrow!" and my mom said "Why honey?" and I said "So I can hear that song!"

I also love Never smile at a crocodile. Those songs are just so cute.

I actually borrowed this soundtrack from a friend...and I don't have a tween. Mu 5 year old DD is so unimpressed by HSM, but I love it.:lookaroun

I'm racking my brain to find one that I really find annoying...can't do it. But I'll kepp trying.

Wow, can't believe all the hate for Pete's Dragon. I've always loved that movie and "Candle on the Water" is a great song and was even nominated for an Academy Award. There are much worse songs in that movie than that one.
As far as annoying songs go I'd say "Let's get together" from the original Parent Trap. ugh

I listen to my HSM soundtrack daily aswell.......my hubby thinks i'm nuts.

I don't like "Some day my prince will come" far to screechy and also "little April shower" it takes to long to get started.

Hmm.. I guess technically that is a Disney song. I guess if were getting that technical I could find several Miramax and Touchstone or Hollywood Pictures songs that I really don't like.

Then again, I would love to work for one of these companies so I will keep :zipit:.

When I was about 5 I loved this song (and all I knew were those words). But the last few times I've watched Lady and the Tramp I've dreaded that part... not because of the song but because of the evil behind it. In the end, I must admit as a film theory student... its effective and well done.

My total vote is for "Let's get together." I don't see how either of these films (classic and modern) appeal to young males. It is annoying. Additionally, I find much of Pete's Dragaon annoying and was saddened a few years ago when I learned that Pete's Dragon was a Disney film. I liked Mickey Rooney (sp?) in other roles (i.e. Breakfast at Tiffany's) but this crappy movie trumps it so I can no longer appreciate his work. Pete's Dragon is horrible.

Well I wouldn't call it horrible since I already said I love that movie, I will admit it isn't a classic. But i'm not sure how you can say it doesn't appeal to young males. Dragons have always been popular to young males I think, even stupid green animated ones. Atleast it doesn't involve any sort of princess.

There are some that just bore me, not so much that I hate.

All of Snow White's songs...not the ones the dwarves sing, but her songs :lol:

The Lady and the Tramp songs never appealed to me either.



I love the original Parent Trap :lol:

Oooh, this is hard. As far as annoying Disney movie songs go, I would definitely have to say for me it's anything from 101 Dalmatians.

But as far as my favorite Disney movie song goes, it would be either "True To Your Heart", "A Whole New World" or "We're Three Caballeros."
