Awesome! When ours arrived, our kids were so excited because we went before MNSSHP began last year. We had to open the envelope so they could pick out which character they wanted on their ticket.

Mr. Incredible, don't panic, but like everyone said, CALL! We did not get our Mickey Mail one year. Just call central reservations. With 16 days out, they should be able to overnight you another envelope. They will straighten it out for you. The year it happened to me I was freaking out, but it all worked out in the end. Enjoy your trip, we'll be down 2 days after you! See you in the parks!

We called, they sent out another one and said to expect it early September.....WE LEAVE SEPT 14TH!!!! I really hope we get it, unfortunatley we will be waiting IMPATIENTLY until it arrives. Hopefully, if it's not here by the week we leave, they will fedex overnight it?
