Velveeta was borninte Monroe Cheese Factory on what is now called Millpond Parkway. The original building is still there. They invented Liederkranz cheese also, but that is no longer made by anyone.

You know, I've been looking for Liederkranz for a long time now, and was wondering why I couldn't find it! I loved that cheese! Are you sure it's not made anymore? What a shame!

Wednesday evening huggles to all! Our spring break week from school is this coming week, so it's VACATION time for figmentmom and hubby! We're flying to Tampa on Sunday and spending a week on the Gulf coast. Only one day at Disney but that's better than none!

Huggles all.

We're flying into Tampa (to stay in Clearwater) for a week excursion in July followed by a week at WDW. I'm so excitied. My in-laws for 1 week; then my family for another week. It's going to be a blast, but I'm / we're going to be so sick of extended family by the time we leave.

Hola, kids. Wine for me again tonite. I think work has been sucky this week so I'm drinking wine to make it seem better. I think they will never let me be anything but an assistant. I think it's time to pack it up and move back to Florida, where the sun (almost) always shines!
