Happy Sunday evening Huggles.

What interesting weekend reading to catch up on (and the picture of the dolphin . . .)

What is up with parents that don't know how to use their cell phone? My mom never has her cell phone on. She never uses it. She never checks her voice messages (she doesn't know how) but she carries it everywhere! She even has one of the picture phones. I even tried to teach her how to use the picture part today -- but she couldn't figure it out. What is the point in paying the monthly fee if you won't use it? She claims she leaves it off because the battery dies. Bizzarre. I can't understand it. Me, you can't get me off the thing. I swear it's surgically implanted on my ear.

As far as rep points. I only have 30 points (but I'm still relativly new). I've tried to spread my little wealth around. But, I am not able.

thats fun.

i told my mom who says she only has the cell phone in case of emergency (and this is the excuse she uses for it being off and in the bottom of her purse) "what if I have an emergency and cant get to you because the cell phone is off?"

the cell phone is now always on and charged up ready to use

Yes. We tease her quite often.

I can remember, one time, many years ago, we had a Commodore 64 computer (it was the top of the line, then). My brother and I went to my Dad's for the weekend and we had forgotten the computer on. My mom called us frantically at midnight, freaking out, on how to turn it off. In those days, you didn't have the Start, turn off computer, etc. You just flipped the big red switch. One side said off. The other said on. No brain surgery.

We still laugh about it. I love my mom dearly, but she just does not do any form of "technology" well.

I played with my cousins' new puppy and I took noel on a few walks up the street today. It took everything I had  Noel is still tired..she came home and plopped herself down on the cool floor. now she is asleep on the couch. I'm going to have to do that everyday now so I can tire her out and get a good night's sleep

I don't do tech. very well but I am learning to work on the computer a little. Just don't ask me to do to much with it. One thing more I am a mom also. My DD know much more than I do.:veryconfu
