If you search Disney Monorail Shop on Google Images you will find some pictures inside the Monorail stop. I also found this site with some Monorail facts:

There is also a thread on the New and Rumors board about the project to automate the Monorail, you might find that interesting.

As for bringing them out each day, if I am not mistaken they don't all fit in the shop so some actually stay out on the beam overnight.

While I don't have pictures, I can tell you a little bit about what you're looking for. Firstly, monorail shop is not an impressive looking place. It's a large, plain building with ten monorail beams inside on the second floor (steam trains are below). There is no barrier, the beam just ends over the floor feet away from the back wall. As a monorail enters at night at walking speed, a shopsman cuts the power to that beam as soon as the windshield hits a tennis ball that is suspended from the ceiling. A bell constantly rings when there is a live beam in the shop for safety reasons. CM's ascend and descend the monorail using large step ladders like you'd see in the aisles of a home improvement store. Taking a monorail out of shop and onto the beam requires the monorail to travel at walking speed out of shop and through the switches. Once cleared they can travel a little faster until they get to the express beam switch then it's walking speed again. Now your monorail is on the beam :) Of course there are several protocols and radio communications during these processes.
