I know that you have an 89 nsx that you drift.

I assume that you are refering to this? The way that I read this statement is that Thrawn is making a small joke about your screen name not really saying anything about you because you said something about not judging you on your screen name. He does not say you were born in 89.

So you where really trying to say,
"You are delayed"

im pretty sure that the law on harrassment these days (though harrassment is a bit extreme in this case) is worded in such a way that it doesnt matter how it was intended it matters how it was received

some people find that offensive, to be characterized as a street-racing criminal, when they try hard not to be characterized as that sterotype

That statement right there proves your earlier comments were wrong.

Thrawn accused me of being a sixteen year old, who street races (which is illegal). how insulting is that. as a matter of fact, i am at the top of my class, with a 4.5 GPA. i would rather not be judged based on my username.

First, that was someone else that said you were 16.
Second, drifting isn't street racing, nor is it illegal. I'd like to see you try to drift a car on the street.
Third, you said "you don't know anything about me". Your screename says 89 (1989, year of make) NSX (popular drifting car) and drift (type of racing). It was a joke. I know senses of humor are expensive nowadays, but you should look into getting one.
Fourth, if you think disagreeing with your opinions is mean, you should probably not use message boards.

If LAS VEGAS can get the funding to build a monorail connecting the strip, and a Casino chain is considering expanding their PM/Monorail across the other side of the stip, then why can't Disney do it. MGM is a publicly traded company..... they are considering doing it. Also, they base much of their income on the same concepts as WDW. Both companines want people going to their other properties and spending more money on merchandise, hotel rooms, meals, and entertainment.

If WDW wanted to or needed to expand the monorail line, they too could get the funding. However as I have stated an unknown number of times in this thread: Buses remain the most (and only) efficient way to quickly transport guests at WDW.

aHAH but any system of transportation, if implemented correctly and strategically, can be efficient!

Not true. I am not going to get into specifics here, but if you do a thread search you will find detailed explantions (most be invero) about the topic. The fact is that any form of transportation that relies on a track can not be efficient to serve WDW's needs.
