Monorail/Transportation Idea

You say that CM rumors are usually false, there have been a number of times, that i have talked with CMs at City Hall, and 2 out of 3 times, they have been right. especially, out here in CA. so, you can't say that a monorail expansion is out of the question. Unless, somebody on this board is working in this field of WDW, and can say that there is no way that we can know that we will be getting a new monorail. just becuase you think like Disney officials, doesn't mean you know what s going to happen. so, your thoughts can be just as false as anybody else's thoughts, Thrawn.....

Monorail expansion is out of the question. Period. End of story. Something that big would have to gain shareholder approval. I would vote no. As would the big investment groups. Why? Because there is ZERO return of investment.

Since you are obviously new here, you aren't getting flamed to death yet. But keep it up and you might get the special treatment.

are you thick? i said that a good investment would be HIGHER CAPACITY MONoRAIL CARS ON EXISTING LINES. specifically because it would get the collective group from "here to there" more efficiently and would make them happy. its zero IMMEDIATE investment return. but it will indirectly effect spending. trust me i learned this in psychology. when customers are happy theyre more likely to spend money

That's the problem... WDW is now a thriving and matured business. It doesn't need a monorail expansion just for a "wow" factor. They already have one that will "wow" someone that's never visited. While expansion would be nice for me as a guest, I just can't see the possible return for the company outweighing the investment.

I have went through this thread to find it but I can't. He has only spoken very matter of factly about what he believes to be true. In response one of you called him retarded (which is an offensive term in itself) and you have both attacked him by name.

If you don't want to have someone's thoughts on your ideas then don't post them. If you do decide to put your thought and feelings out there then be prepared for someone to disagree.

I already regret jumping in here, but I went back and honestly couldn't find a post where Thrawn insulted anybody. Maybe you could quote one of those posts for me, cause all I've seen is him stating what he believes and just standing behind it. Nothing wrong with that.
