I don't see what the copyright problem is, though. He isn't making a profit off of the mod, so I don't see the problem in creating an actual layout. I mean, people that make WDW Parks for RCT don't get sued.

I think he fears that creating images of things like SSE or Cindy's Castle will ruffle some feathers since it is a copyrighted image.

The project is just a replica of the WDW system, and kinda implements it as Disney tried to, a real world mass transport system.

Nice Monorail Sim wish I had time to play it. Does anyone know what program was used to make the monorails in? About 2 years ago in college I tried to make a monorail model in Maya, but the nose of the monorail would not look right. So I was just left with the cars.
