Monorail Silver

Is that so?

Odd...do any of the Mono's have a solid stripe or am I just being wierd?

Lime and Coral have the deltas in order to set them apart from a few like-colored (when viewed from a distance) trains. This is important because visually monitoring the train ahead of you is a big part of driving the trains. Plus, if we have an issue in the station with a train or need to call in to another station that a Guest in a wheelchair is headed their way to ensure that the ramp is ready, it wouldn't really work well to say, "Monorail Yellow... or wait, maybe it was Lime... actually, I'm not really sure anymore."

The blue delta went away when lime went in to be painted. Sometime during the painting process someone made a decision that it would be easier or more consistent just to not paint the blue part in. It does save a step (and time) in the painting process.

I'm pretty sure that leaving the D's off of black was a mistake.

Also if you look at the D at the back of coral some of the globe part is accidentally filled in.

Smart decision. I liked the blue delta, as clashy as it was!
