Monorail getting bigger

With the price of gas, I hope they can extend the monorail to my house!:sohappy: Which will happen about the same time this rumor takes place.........:brick:

Ok... I am sorry. I know it might not necessarily be my place to say anything but I had to. I must say I am very disappointed with many people who posted on this subject. Now I understand you guys get sick of people posting things you "already know" but that does not give you the right to make fun of the people involved. Now let’s say this rumor actually had some merit to it... Everyone on this post shot the person down without even letting them explain. I know I know "we have all heard it before" but then again think about Disney there have been many things that everyone said they would never do and guess what they did it! I'm sorry but this just aggravates me. Someone tried to post something they believed to be true and everyone shot them down. Now how is this posting site suppose to be even remotely truthful if we all go around doing that. I'm sorry for the rant but I was very offended by this. I'm not asking everyone to except my philosophies just to see it from my perspective.:brick:

Uh no I didnt, I dont wanna have to shoot you down for saying this either, afterall I am an Imperial Gunner lol.
Also I didnt know about these new pilons. Well I sorta did I just wanted pictures.

How much more explaining would be necessary? Looked like a straightforward "I heard about monorail expansion from a Cast Member" post to me. We all know how those go...

ok but in all honesty i do think that you are been a little harsh on the poor guy, i mean he meant well. to whoever made this thread (sorry forgot who it was )good on ya, i would have done the same thing if i were you, i personally hope that they do eventually expand the monerail, just to make life at 'the world' that little bit easyer:wave:

I feel sorry for the guy, too. I was just making a joke about the club car. It is trial by fire, though, when you are new and post a topic that is real sensitive. You learn quick what you can post. :animwink:

I can just see it now, if they run short on Captain Morgans have a stumbling Captain Jack Sparrow walk around saying, "But why's the Rum gone?" :lol:

It would be great if they did extend it around WDW but you know what would be even better?? If they extended it all the way to Disneyland!!

I don't think anyone said anything against the original poster. We were all just brainstorming our "wouldn't it be great" ideas to go with the original poster's idea.

I actually think it was handled very well. Everyone could have said "you're wrong, don't listen to bus drivers, etc." Instead, everyone was positive about it and made a cute little joke.

Chill out people! Go have a martini or something! Sheesh!

I'm sure the bus/monorail/boat drivers love to tell unsuspecting guests that the monorail expansion is right around the corner.

What we maybe need here is a "before you post anything read this" forum that warns new members not to touch any of the dreaded topics, i.e. monorail expansion, 5th gate, Harry Potter ride, etc. Because we get a post about one of those topics about, what, oh, once a week?
