Yep. Past the new Potter stage show at AK - Nemo is a ploy to keep it a secret. Everyone knows AKs station is on the back of Everest, hence the unthemed blank wall.

So this new monorail expansion will make stops at MGM, and Animal Kingdom...and perhaps the new 5th Gate "Invisibleland"??

Plus they are adding a new resort too?? Neptune's Place!!?? Wow...I bet that place will be so expensive...

I guess we have come a long way with technology when "Invisibilium" will be used for the structure...I can't wait to see it!!

Not only that, but Harry Potter will be driving?? And they're bringing back the Timekeeper for entertainment??

I'm not sure I like the idea that Stitch will be doing all of the announcements...but nevertheless, this is incredible news!!

I just can't wait until they expand the monorail to go to the airport, and every resort in WDW.

Wow guys...this is AMAZING news...

I think I'm gonna have a heart attack.

I prefer the malted hopps, but not in the same quantity as that driver.Actually I should say Imagineer/driver....times are tough and getting demoted to driver from Imagineer is a fact of life.:rolleyes:

Work starts on the WDW>Disneyland Monorail loop 2008, closely followed by the oversea Monorail link to Disneyland Paris.

Negotiations are now in early stages with the Japanese government for the WDW>Tokyo Disneyland link.

Animatronic Potter's are now in the process of construction..

Somebody should take pictures of the pilons, also they should build a monorail to download disney, cant believe they didnt do it tsk tsk. they should have done it and kept with their plans.

All humor aside, what kind of plans has WDW drawn up (and then shot down) for monorail expansion? How far did the planning get? What was planned? Is there any art work, plans or maps of proposed routings that are in public hands? While I realize it may be never that we see our beloved monorail expanded, it might be fun to see what has been contemplated.

I beleive all of you owe DisneyFan2000 an apology, it's not his falt that he herd something and wanted to share it with you. But i dont think you should go out and make fun of him becuase it's what he herd!
So i really hope that Disney Transportation does get the funds to extend the monorail, just so you ALL are wrong...

It's nothing personal - it just winds a lot of people up on this board due to the amount of new threads started about Monorail expansion.

Oooh, a new underwater monorail to the new 5th gate, Florida DisneySea! With holograms of scuba Mickey inside the windows! I want to stay in the new Disney's Grand Living Seasian Resort & Spa!
