Moderately Indecisive...

I'm going to book a week in early June for SWW and I'm trying to stay at a resort I've never been to before. I generally go with the money-saving value resorts but I'm bumping us up to Moderate this year. I've been to both POR and POFQ, and I stayed at a cabin out in FW also. We're trying to decide between Caribbean Beach Resort & Coronado Springs and I wanted to get everyone's opinion. All aspects if you choose to... how the buses run, food courts, cleanliness, serenity... whatever you decide to post I knew this would be THE place to get a good source of info. Thanks to any and all who respond!

i've stayed at both (as well as pofq and por) cbr x2 and csr x1. i liked the pool and related activities at csr better than cbr. i like the food area at cbr better than csr. i think the rooms are equal, when we stayed in a pirate room that bumped it to that side but equal/regular rooms i say are even. i like the option of a suite at csr plus if you have a day you want to just relax they have the option of the spa. buses are equal imo. i don't think you'll go wrong with either one. both are pretty resorts.

I have never stayed at CBR, so I have nothing bad to say about it (and truthfully even though we have never been there it is still our number 2 Moderate resort). CSR on the other hand we have stayed at 4 times now, and we have absolutely loved every single vacation there. There are many small things that make us love it just that much more, aside from the feel of the resort, the pool, and the dining, we also love that it has seperate shampoo and conditioner and has a lotion, as well as the fact that the coffee pot was on a good surface and not on the bathrom counter (like when we were at POR), also the bus stops are the closest to the front of each park at 3 out of 4 parks I believe, plus they are always the closest mod level resort bus stop. At the end of the night this actually made a huge difference in the eyes of our exhausted selves. Also, the overall bus system here seemed incredible, we have hardly had to wait over 15 minutes for a bus (two distinct times stand out in my mind for when we stayed at CSR. This was enitrely different story at POR)

I say either will be great, but I would personnally go with CSR since I have always had fantastic service, and incredible vacations there!

I knew I could count on everyone here. Thanks again for all the advice and personal experiences you've shared! Feel free to continue the thread discussion but I believe even though I enjoy hammocks, and steel drum music, I'm going to book for CSR. Maybe I'll try CBR out on my next visit.

Thanks to all!
