Imagine if they actually opened the fence and let you walk out in the garden for the show. It would've been a lot better, IMO.
The roses would get trampled and destroyed.

That's where I initially though it would be before opening the thread. You know, this would've been great in the rose garden.
I hope you are jokingFrom disneyworld.com:
"Starting July 4th, guests will not be allowed to bring their own hats into the parks. Hats must be purchased from locations in the Disney theme parks, but there will be a deserve selection to choose from. Prices for hats will start at $49.99 per person."

I bet it takes a long camp-out to get the Rose Garden location for Wishes. I've never seen it there but I think I may try that spot next. I agree that the desert buffet/viewing would be much sweeter from the Rose Garden vs. tucked into the Terrace.
I thought about visiting the parks on the 4th this year, but just foreseeing the crowds on this day -I'll save my park hopper and use the day to enjoy the resort pool and head to the Polynesian Resort or GF to watch the show from the beach. I watched a couple videos on YouTube just to see the view and it's amazing. I spoke with a CM from the Poly who gave me a couple tips for this day to get our viewing spot. I would much rather have ourselves walk to our car and head back to the resort and beat the crowds! I want to RELAX not sweat and stress!
What kind of desserts are in this buffet? Is there a menu of what is being offered? Ill be there in Mid-July and this sounds pretty tempting, but I'd like to know what I would be getting for my money.
Is there nothing they won`t do to fleece even more money out of guests...
This says it all marni.
Someone mentioned at least it isn't the HUB. Give them time...they just have to set up the pricing structure for all of Main St.
Just think of all the "magic" that lay ahead for our enjoyment.
We already know of the possible FP charge.
Curbside parade seats will be an extra $10/person.. but they will throw in a gumball.
Front row seats on EE, Splash, and BTMRR with be an extra $5. If you want the Yeti to work... another $4 please. pay up an extra $3 to have the WDWRR stop at FL or Toontown.... or else you will be taken right back to Mainst and enjoy your walk. :zipit:

I agree Marni....What the heck is that? What next? Illuminations churros party? Fantasmic smoked Turkey leg party? No wait, Organic water tasting party for wishes......Gimmee a break.......I cannot believe Disney pays numb skulls to sit around and come up with this garbage.......this is such a joke. BUT, I bet there are reservations for this already.....I LOVE EVERYTHING DISNEYWORLD, but honestly, sometimes I feel like I am being extorted at WDW. My last trip I had dining plan, but the trip before that, lunch at cosmic ray's for two adults and a kid's meal, combos only, drink and entree, no dessert was like 30 bucks......We went to Logan's Roadhouse the next evening in Kissimmee and paid just over thirty bucks for two steaks and a kids meal with unlimited drinks. The extortion never ends. I think Walt would hate some of the tactics these new pinheads in the company come up with.....Is there nothing they won`t do to fleece even more money out of guests...
