You prefer they just put up port-o-pottys or something? I think we should be grateful for any money spent on any part of parks right now. You can make an argument that the money spent to make this should be put towards a ride, but in all honesty this probably cost no where near enough to make a half decent ride.

Theming is a massive part of WDW and I am just glad they are doing something to make these areas a little bit updated.

Nope, you're right..If they cheaped out I would have probably complained too!! LOL

also to add to this my friends went feb 3 and took this video of going on the ride when I looked at the signs explaining how to interact with the crabs before you enter the ride to the little mermaid I was kinda shocked about the state they were in

Grubby paws syndrome. Kind of like the clamber-over-every-rock problem in that same queue (ps, Imagineering is aware of both, though I'm not sure what they plan for a fix)

Why do people have to ruin everything? Someone posted pictures of the tile mosaics outside of BOG as well and people have been picking the tiles off. This is why we can't have nice things!

There's no excuse for kids (or even adults), doing this kind of damage to their surroundings....but thanks to FastPass, the hoards get to stand in one place for hours and do stuff like this. Without FP, guests (and in this case, I use that term loosely), wouldn't get the chance to do this, as the lines would keep moving.

Get rid of FP.....that's my solution. Lines would move at a quicker pace with no time for "play" along the way!

Apparently this is opening this month.. I wonder if the huge mural is still happening... that's what i was most excited for
