Just got back an hour ago from MK. Heres the update:

• Tarps are down at the kitchen shop next to Harbor House. Looks really nice!
• Work continues on the pavement and buildings for Rapunzels bathrooms
• They have officially started putting rock work on the Mine Train mountain
• They have a Fantasyland section in the Art on Demand kiosk on Main Street and I came across two pieces of artwork. One is for the tea cups with the glass roof ( may just be Paris' artwork ) and the other one wasn't labeled but looks as if it could be the Rapunzel bathrooms

I just want to add, I don't know why twitpic won't upload the photos any larger than they are showing up. I know in the past they would show up quite large. I even took the long route of emailing myself the photos and uploading them on the computer rather than through my phone in hopes that that would fix the problem but it doesn't. I'll try to upload a couple of the more interesting photos later using photobucket or something and post them in this thread.

Things like this are actually common on the plans found in the permits, they are often labeled with old attraction names.

Totally agree. The original was much nicer, I'm not liking the new blue color.

It is not you who is missing something, my friend. It's TDO. And what they are missing seems to be common sense. That mixed with an unwillingness to spend money correctly on the parks & being out of touch with their resort is a deadly combination.

I think if I tee off just behind the 'Yankee Trader', and use a pitching wedge, I can easily clear the water hazard and reach that island green on the left.

I am hoping they don't do that. One of the goals of this area is to open up the bottle neck that has always existed there. If they do a M&G there is will just cause more traffic problems.

You prefer they just put up port-o-pottys or something? I think we should be grateful for any money spent on any part of parks right now. You can make an argument that the money spent to make this should be put towards a ride, but in all honesty this probably cost no where near enough to make a half decent ride.

Theming is a massive part of WDW and I am just glad they are doing something to make these areas a little bit updated.
