I still need to ready your trip report Bunny...I just have not had time!

I still need to finish it! I didn't have any time today to write day 3, and my laptop is still crashing left and right (no thanks to a certain someone who spent all last night on the sofa eating cookies and watching TV, instead of fixing it like he told me he would)

Sticking with love - my favourite quote on the subject

From Magician by Raymond E. Feist

"There are many ways to love someone. Sometimes we want love so much, we're not too choosy about who we love. Other times we make love such a pure and noble thing, no poor human can ever meet our vision. But for the most part, love is a recognition, an opportunity to say, 'There is something about you I cherish.' It doesn't entail marriage, or even physical love. There's love of parents, love of city or nation, love of life, and love of people. All different, all love. "

Must love come in the same way to all people?
Can one not find love in life itself?

Sure.
And a person who is happy in his environment and is happy with his own self as company is indeed a lucky person.
But if you don't in some way connect that with the people in your life, your losing out on something really important.
Love is taking a chance, but not loving is losing without trying.

If the pain of love gone wrong hurts so bad, the flip side of it is that when it goes right it is oh so good.

It's a funny balance, there are people who are in love with the idea of love rather than actually falling for a person. Better to fall in love with SOMEONE and not the idea.

It is better to have loved and lost than listen to an album of techno music.

You've got that straight!

All this talk of avoiding love. . . it can't be done.
You don't plan it. You can look for it all you like but you won't necessarily find it. You can hide from it all you like but that doesn't mean it won't find you.
Love just is.

It sounds fun up until the soccer, wind, and rain.

Good thing I have a great team (attitude-wise), 'cause it was freezing.

At halftime, I yelled out, "Where's the snow?!" :lookaroun

From my observations... love, at this age, is not love.
It's just overabundance of hormones.

Ha!
True Connor!
But there are other kinds of love out there for you guys: Love of family and friends. That's no small thing.
