Salutations.

Back from the band practice. I'm going to be doing vocals for a charity concert for Water Aid in July. Three of my work colleagues have a band and asked if anyone else wanted to join in. I don't play anything (at least not well enough to perform) and said I'd sing.

We will probably be doing only four or five at the charity gig and maybe ten for a warm up. For most I'll be backing, but for the Five I've got the lead in "Everybody" (Blues Brothers) and for the warm up gig I've also got "Blue Moon".

It's proving interesting as I've never sung with a band - just stage shows and orchestras.

Side topic - ran the spell checker on this post and for nibblesandbits it suggested "sandblasting" :confused: :lol:
