Thestrals are creatures that can only be seen by people who have seen death. They are horselike, with wings, and black scaley skin that clings tight to their bones. :lookaroun

I've been reading "Order of the Phoenix"

In Polish... or... Swedish? Italian?

That's my second least favorite of them all :lookaroun

Of course! :hammer:
"Order of the Phoenix"!
How could I forget?!
I'm on the chapter "Dumbledore's Army". I'm reading it this time with the movie in mind. I never thought it would translate well into being a movie, but I'm having a change of heart. This book has the opportunity to be the best Harry Potter movie so far.

It's a "dark" book. Gloomy.
But I liked it.

I thought it was boring :lookaroun

I only liked the DA storyline and the very end. Harry's angst made me want to sock him in the jaw.

And SPEW just gets on my nerves.

But at least it was better than the sixth... :lookaroun

As we've already had one radio plug, a couple of the short radio plays I recorded last Sunday are being broadcast this Sunday.

If you want to try it out, head to the following link and click the "listen live" link at the appropriate time.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/bristol/

I've not been told which play is being broadcast when, but it's a safe bet I know which one is on as part of the program "Sangam" at 5pm, as the presenter of this show is also the play's author. I play the man the lead character crashes her car into.

The other four plays (of which I'm in three) will be on one a week sometime between 6pm and 7pm during the program Black Echo.

All times are for the UK which is five hours ahead of Eastern time.

I love Harry's attitude in OotP! SPEW isn't that prominent except for Hermione making the hats.

Thanks, Joe! I'll have to see if my computer can handle it. Then I can put a voice behind the posts.

Creepy.

He's too... moody. I was never like that when I was fifteen.

I just don't like SPEW at all. It makes we want to throw a kitten. It's such a boring plotline :snore:

Also: have you heard of the band Harry and the Potters?
