I had track practice today.

I ran a total of 5 miles.

Including 3 miles for a half-hour, non-stop, all the way around town.


Advil is my friend. :lol:

(Yay! We get to do it tomorrow! :rolleyes: )

Hey everyone.... I feel so out of the loop, today has been a really tough day...I *just* sat down, literally....and I still have a ton of things to do... not sure if I will do them though...How are you all? I am still catching up on the last few days posts

Oh and one thing that has me totally annoyed... three of my shows were on last night (new ones) and for some reason my silly DVR didn't record them :(
