very nice! How's the neighborhood?
How big is the lot?

The house is 1302 sq. feet. It sits on 7475 sq feet of land. It's 49 years old. The neighborhood is very nice. The people across the street seem friendly and the old lady next door has alzheimers I think. The neighborhood is really close to where we live now too...which is nice.

Looks like something y'all will really be able to grow in! I'm so happy for you two!!!:sohappy:

I especially like the kitchen! Nice size!

It's a very nice kitchen. Although I've got to learn how to cook on a gas stove.

Looks promising. Don't worry about fixing it up right away, you would be surprised what a fresh coat of paint and some decent lighting can do. Homes are works in progress anyway. :lol:

That was my hope. Get some new paint and carpet (b/c these people were smokers and you can see it all on the walls.)
