LOL we got lucky with our condo... when we bought it, it was on the line of a different county and all the condo's sold within 2 weeks of them going on the market (144 condo's) b/c they were so cheap! The other side of the road (literally) the houses go for over 250K b/c of the taxes and county line. LOL

My lawyer wants to give it 2 months so that we can make sure he's following suit, paying on time etc. I'm anxious to get it all overwith, but I'm trusting him. He's a good man and hasn't let me down yet... so I'm trying to just follow him in this. After all he does this all day long... :lol:

He sounds like a smart man. Glad things went your way. Just a word of caution (for lack of a better word)...follow all directives to the letter, don't give anybody any ammo against you (not that I think you would, I'm just saying). My ex SIL tried all sorts of things, but they all backfired.

But I survived yet another day of the grind (no pun intended)! :lookaroun
It's weird because I've never been so undecided about something.
Yesterday was busy (everyday is), but not manic and I rather enjoyed it and thought I could keep doing this. Today was insane and I spent the whole morning wondering why I was still there! I don't know what I want! :(

Looks promising. Don't worry about fixing it up right away, you would be surprised what a fresh coat of paint and some decent lighting can do. Homes are works in progress anyway. :lol:

Thanks Mad. That's great advice. At this point I'm just trying to keep my sanity... I really wanted these "rules" in place so that I had something to go off of. The whole waiting thing was killing me. Now there are guildlines set in stone. And if they get broken, bent or misused... well we all know where that will land him... again.

We still have court again on the 24th for his CDV stuff.... and then another one in November... sooo we shall see.
