*puts a seaflower in Jess' hair*

Why is it Jess gets seaflowers...and I get bad things?!

Hey the Phillies are actually beating the Cubs 7-2 in the eighth!
Oh well. . .they still have an inning in which to blow it.

They were playing the Cubs...of course they were gonna win!

Speaking of which, why do we still watch this stuff on TV when we own the DVD's????

I have no idea, but I do the same exact thing.

I really don't try to explain this place to anyone.
George, of course, knows all about you guys. He doesn't really understand it, but he respects it and knows it's really important to me. I'll talk about you people to my daughters just as I would talk about my real world friends. They totally get it! But my real world friends. . .I don't think they'd understand at all, so I keep you guys a hidden treasure.

I totally understand what you mean...I try to not talk about you guys a lot in front of others because they all think I'm crazy (most of all, my parents. ) But What's his face does ask about you guys from time to time.

Prom was last night for my sister, actually. She had a great time, and I've never seen her look more beautiful in her life. :)

Aw...Danny...that's so sweet!

She brought in over $900 in 4 hours!!! Gotta love that!

And I scored 2 new (well new to me) deck chairs and a sofa for our sunroom! YAY!

Um...what was she selling...because I need to make about $500 to pay off this Disney trip! So, tips please!

Hey Jess.

You're welcome.:)

I can't believe you're only 3 years older then me.

I agree...I can't believe she's only 2 years older than me...and that's not a bad thing Jess.

I've got a long way to go. I've only met Krystyna, Dot and Luke. (well of the MJ'ers... I've met some other people from magic... but I'd like to meet all the MJ'ers eventually. :D)

 I haven't met any of you yet...but I'm excited to meet up with you Jess and Bonny in Sept!

Bunny's back!!! Glad to hear you had a great time!

Well, I'm gonna do it. I think last week, with all of it coming in all at once, I got scared, like I wasn't ready to go. But I talked to my family about it. I calmed down. I am ready to go. I've been ready for a long time now. I guess I just got freaked out when it was finally time. I have my first interview this week so we'll see what happens. I would love a "one and done" but I realize it's gotta be the right place. It doesnt' have to be perfect, it's not the end all be all. But I don't wanna live a mistake for a next year or so. I also had a recruiter contact me this weekend about a position with Walt Disney in Hollywood. I nearly did a spit take. But I wasn't even close to meeting the qualifications they were looking for. They wanted someone far more senior. But I might look into seeing if they have any openings for a lesser role. We'll just see I guess.

Yay Vince!!! Glad you made a decision!!!
oh.. I didn't tell you all.. she had the baby!

You are such a liar! No way she did...you'd be much more excited!

So I think I've created a monster you guys. DH is in LOVE with WDW - yes, even as much as I am! He totally into pin trading (he's so sociable that he just loves being able to talk to cast members when trading) he has at least 10 hidden mickey pins, he loved meeting all the characters and getting their autographs. He's about as excited as I am for me to make our WDW trip scrapbook! He wants to make Disney a biennial trip!

Steph - you are going to ahve the GREATEST trip in a few days! I have to say, I've loved WDW before (this was my 17th trip) but nothing compares to being there with the person you love more than anything. It was a dream come true. You and your BF are going to have an amazing time!

I know how you feel. WHF became a big Disney nut after we went on our first trip. He's so cute because he's really looking forward to our next one. Not as much as I am...but he does ask me how many days every once in a while and wants to know some of the details.

And I agree...nothing compares to being at Disney with the person that you love, it's really incredible.

Our one year anniversay is coming up at the end of the month and I need some ideas! Anyone have any advice?

I'm curious about that as well...WHF and mine is coming up soon. But I don't necessarily want to get him something that revolves around paper.

Fishy - I read your TR and loved it!

I agree about the refillable mugs. I liked them better when they wer resort specific. It made for a better souvenir in my opinion.

When DH, mom, dad and I did the Land boat ride we saw some people doing the behind the seeds tour - but this was on Wednesday - I thought of you and your hubby! I thought that tomato tree was unbelievable!

Glad wew weren't the only ones who thought AK on Monday was crowded... It didn't help our morning with the whole family much...

I'm surprised I didn't see you on the Sarafi ride! That was our first stop on Monday morning too! We were just a little too early for the dream fast passes they were handing out after you get off the ride. :(

"DH and I both noticed how many cute (and well-behaved) kids we saw on this trip."
You obviously didn't run into my niece and nephew... :lookaroun

 She just remodled alot of the house... my parents are now in a 5 bedroom house with 1 kid. Back when we all lived at home it was crazy packed, but she turned one room into the nursery (bye bye sister's furniture) my youngest brother got my room which was the FROG (bye bye his old kiddie furniture, and my old furniture) and the last one she turned into a guest room and decorated it all beachy - so bye bye other brother's furniture too.

So she sold like 3 beds and a sofa. That was most of it. And she sold a ton of her clothes and random weird things like cloth napkins, CD's, curtain rods, etc.

No, we seriously both noticed it - there were just a lot of cute moments with little kids there.

Who was your safari driver?
