I AM SAVED!!! I woke up this morning fully expecting to have to go through Round #2 of Phone-Tag. However, when I checked my schedule, it was....empty! It was all taken care of! Spanish - 95
Algebra - 91
Phys Ed - Pass
Science - 97
History - 96
Foods - 90

If she gave me a zero for today and yesterday (cinnabun DIASTER), I won't be on High Honor Roll because of an 89 or less!

DH and I have been trying out different types with dinner lately and I was just curious if you have a favorite? We're new to the world of wine... any favorites or classics you recomend?

Do you prefer red or white? My all-time fave is Piesporter. It's a German Riesling and SO good. It's really light and fruity (so DBF likes it )

well...see...it's kind of difficult...

But it turns out my brother is gay. And my mom is not reacting to this news very well. She's suspected it since he was a kid...but it's still not helping her. And I want to be able to help her...but I just don't know how to do it. I'm more or less ok with it. I mean it sucks not ever getting to have a sister in law...but I just want my brother to be happy in his life. So I'm really doing ok with the whole thing...but my mom is defintely not...matter of fact, she made a very inappropriate comment the other day about the fact that the Chippendale dancers are coming to town and my dad jokingly asked if she wanted to go...she said no...but under her breath she said something about maybe my dad could take my brother. My brother heard her and got really upset...and i would have too...that was totally out of line for her to say.

I just really don't know what to do. I told her she should go see a therapist...but she doesn't really want to do that...she went for a few sessions a while back, but hasn't really ever gone back. I still think she needs to deal with some issues with it though. I just don't know.

Oh Nibs, I know how you feel. I learned over my winter break that one of my cousins is gay. I had suspected it for a while because of thinks on his facebook page, but my mom basically confirmed it for me. Don't worry, I still love him dearly no matter what. And he has become distant from our family because of this issue. I just want to reassure him that I still love him no matter what and that I will always be here for him.

So far I haven't found a red I like. :shrug: So at this point I guess white. LOL

Is Piesporter very rare? I found this great little place down the road - they have alot of unique bottles. But I haven't invested in any of the really high quality one's yet... I wanted to get an idea of what I really like first.

That seems like something I'd like though. Where did you find it?
