You are crazy girl. Running with luggage (though I admit would make a funny picture) is not my idea of a smooth morning. ((hugs)) and in the cold? You are a true new yorker girly!
Oh...and I forgot to mention that I'm wearing heels too. A true NYer...  NOOO I don't want to be one of those!! :(

and 3:30 is practically leaving early. ;) So that's good... are you headed straight to the airport from work?
Yup, straight to the airport. I don't like to be rushed at the airport. I like to have time to get something to eat and a glass of wine (to calm my jitters) before boarding.

Ok... stupid question alert:

LOL What's a convection oven? And what does it mean to convert to one?

(I can use and work most of the features... but I have no clue as to what they're all called.)
A convection oven is basically a regular oven with a fan, so the heat is circulated evenly throughout the oven. By doing this, you can bake at lower temps for shorter periods of time. I had never heard of it 'til I got ours, and frankly figured I'd probably never use it, but I really love it now. Cookies come out soooo good, and I can bake on all 3 racks at the same time and get equally good results.

 That"s awesome! i'm not sure if mine has that or not... but it surely seems like a great idea! Why wouldn't they make all ovens like that? It seems so smart!

Alright girlies. Rae and I are taking the kids to a duck pond this morning... and then I've got to do some grocery shopping. I've got to come up with some meals that don't involve an oven (or stove) that aren't just sandwiches. Sooooo I'll catch up with you girls later!

Look at the back wall of your oven. If you see a big fan there, you've got one....:p

We were out till 8 last night looking at fridge after fridge... We neeeeed a fridge, but they all look the same, and are so $$$...
((Hugs)). My only advise about that is think of how long you'll have it, so get the best you can afford. I'm all for saving money, but we've "settled" so many times, that in retrospect, I wish we had spent a little more sometimes....

I know... but Marc loooves the whistles and bells that I could do without. I literally had to drag him away from the $5000 model that has the touchpad mounted on the front. :dazzle:

Before you go out shopping again, make a list of the "must-have" features for you and for him, then work around that. Try to avoid sales people 'til you see something that you both like...

BTW, LOVE the new avatar!

Your new avatar is so sweet, Bunny :)

Thanks... lots of you guys have pics of your kids (or kids you know) in your avatar, so I figured, why not?

See the thing is, I'm the practical one, and he's the splurger. I could do without an ice/water dispenser on the door, but he NEEDS that, or so he says. Neither of us use the ice despenser at all... he just likes the convenience of the water on the door. We've got it narrowed down to a freezer on the bottom, french door style, but other than that we have 3 or 4 we're still stuck on.
