Heh. Knowing MY kid? They're predisposed to like the oldies, classical, the 80's and Weird AL... both Marc and I aren't big music people in general. Though we may go through a long period of the "wheels on the bus" :lol:

When Maggie is fussy and nothing works to calm her...If we sing The Baby Bumblebee song or the ABC's...she will stop fussing and smile..:)

Ive got a whole repitoire of kid songs to teach my kid.. thanks to years as a camp counselor and my mom being a teacher. Between the two of us, we know TONS of little kid songs.

Now, normal adult music? I'm clueless.

I know..From working at the Day cares forever..I know sooo many songs..I just sing them all to her..but she really took to those two more than the others...

Man that was a long day yesterday... they proceeded to rip up the ENTIRE front yard, dig under the sidewalk, and track mud thrrough the house. I'm just numb to the amount of work that's still left for me to do. I love music!
I love just about everything but opera and most Country. :lookaroun
My Rhapsody station right now is set to play Snow Patrol and music like theirs, such as U2, Coldplay, The Verve, Starsailor etc.
Tomorrow I might switch to all Beatles or maybe Billy Joel.
Depends on what I'm in the mood for.
