Hello - went to see Shrek the Third this morning! :sohappy: :sohappy:

Hey Jenny. So how was the movie?

I was just about to head to Walmart to get a veggie tray for a picnic. The picnic is at 2 today and I haven't done much to get ready for it yet. It is a church reunion of the youth that grew up together. I haven't seen some of them in about 20 yrs.

It's pretty good - Joel wasn't as patient with this one, he liked Cars a lot better in the theater; he seemed more overstimulated with this one and didn't want to sit still.
The reunion sounds fun; my 20th high school reunion is next year, but I have NO desire to see any of those people again. Hopefully, you have more positive memories at a church reunion! :)

YAY! That's fun Jen!

Someone mentioned it does nothing but make fun of Disney.... but in a really funny way...

Did you like it more than the last one's? It didn't get very good reviews... but I'd still like to see it too. :)

I think what they were referring to was the way princesses like to sing and all the woodland creatures come when they beckon - definite connection there. :D I still think the second one is my favorite, but this one was good too. The story was a little less defined IMO. Justin Timberlake's character was pretty good. I would have loved to watch JT do this character's voice; he had a lot of fun - it comes out in the film.

So, you're doing a digital scrapbook? How is that done? and what kind of websites have this stuff. I have tons of pics from childhood on up in my closet that need organization and scrapbooks, but I have no idea where to start.

I had a girl refer me to www.shutterfly.com You upload all your pics then click on photo albums... then you just play around! I've had a ball doing a Disney book... it looks really professional online, and the girl that referred me said she's had great results with them!

Sounds interesting - makes me want to go clean out my closet....I'll...be back later! :D

My neice got an MP3 player for easter and the internal screen is broken, there is no damage to the external casing. It seems to me that to break an internal screen you would have to have damaged the external body unless the product was inferior.

Or am I just looking at this whole thing wrong?

No.. I agree that makes no sense. If it was a quality product the only damage would have been exterior...

Can she try taking it back? Usually those have a 1 year or 6 month warrenty against defects. If nothing is wrong with the outside - I would definately consider that a defect.

I have talked to both the store and the manufacturer today and both say to bad so sad. She got it on easter back in april.

Don't mean to burden anyone, just  . Well, have to run, five projects going at once and the dog running down the street. Just my life. Thanks for the love.

That's a rip. I'd go into the store and ask for a manager. If you bought it from a national chain (Best Buy, Walmart, etc.) they'll likely try to help out.

If you still have your receipt - even better. Take it to their return dept. And go from there. You might be able to just exchange it.

((hugs)) Hope the rest of your day goes better.
