It's going ok...I'm at WHF's grandparent's right now...waiting for him to unload some sticks out of his truck. Also trying to wait b/c he hit himself in the head with a bungee cord and has been bleeding for close to an hour. I'm thinking I might have to take him to the hospital...since he hasn't stopped bleeding.

I believe the head can bleed for a long time before it stops. I hope he is okay. Does it look deep or can you get a good enough look at it yet?

It doesn't look too deep...it's a nice gash though.

(Oh...and WHF is sitting here and says he agrees about the Spurs! He's a big Spurs fan!)

Ouch!!! Grant hits his head pretty much once a week, so I can tell you from expereince that head wounds do tend to bleed a lot and can look worse then they are...have you tried a butterfly bandage? And when you say bleeding, are we talking like going through paper towel after paper towel or just a "slow leak"?

I more root for them here in the playoffs than during the yr. I get so tired of basketball.:zipit: But I want the Spurs to go all the way. They can if they try just a little bit harder than last night.:sohappy:
yeah...understandable.

He says they usually come back pretty well after a loss. He's not worried.

it's a slow leak. It looks like it's definitely healing. So I'm not too worried. He just keeps putting pressure on it.

And Hi Amy!

We just had BBQed burgers. They were okay but it was edible. :lookaroun

'Tis the season for burgers and dogs on the grill...

I actually got all my shopping for the family cookout done this morning. The market was not as crowded as I had thought it would be, though I thought the poor boy stocking the corn was going to have a nervous breakdown, and the produce manager was walking around talking to himself...
