Feel better soon, Freddy...I didn't read everything I missed this morning, but I did see the soda incident :lol: . My college roomie and I had something similar happen (i.e. exploded food). She was give a starter for friendship bread from her mom and put a lid on it :hammer: . In the a.m. there was bread dough scattered through our kitchen ! :lol:

I wasn't home for a week - they closed the state down totally. Fortunately I was with friends, but there were lots of others who were not so lucky. The junior high that DH teaches in now (he wasn't there then) is on a hill, and the busses couldn't get to the school, so kids and teachers were stranded there overnight for a couple of days before they could get to them...Couldn't tell you... I wasn't around in '78.
