Absurdism. . .
maybe we should all read that one. :lookaroun

Ah. Nice tip.

that's a good call...

I get the easy part.
Also known as the fun part.
:lookaroun

I'm sure we could all relate.

Sheesh, this new setup thing for the quotes and such is really screwing me up.

Nibbbs...

You looked very nice.
Congratulations.

I just read a brief review of Watt.
It referred to it as a novel almost without significant incident.

:lookaroun

Sounds like a real page-turner.

Yes? :lookaroun

yes, even I have mastered it!!!
So that's how it works...

Yes, well, that would be in line with other Beckett novels, I hear.

Waiting For Godot is like that too. We read a bit of that in Drama.

I think that's part of the whole Absurdist theory or whatever. I don't know :lookaroun

According to the review, even Beckett referred to Watt as "unsatisfactory", but felt it had it's place in the series.

Take it and frame it.
You may never see the likes of it again. :lookaroun

Good. :lookaroun

sounds a little absurd if you ask me....

I just don't like the new mulitiple quotes button and the fact that I only have to hit return once to get two lines underneat the quote in my reply.

I can't adapt that quickly :lookaroun

Oh...I get it now...but you can't do the quick reply with it...right?

Oh...I get it now...but you have to go to advance to do it...right?

You can just click the "multiple quotes" button on all the posts you want to quote, then hit the "quote" button on the last one. They should all show up. At least they do for me.

I can see its usefulness now.

Don't ask me!
Maybe he just meant it had its place in the series of books written before it.
Not necessarily a continuing series.

I don't even know what I'm talking about anymore!

I'm not sure I even knew what I was talking about in the first place!

right...what I'm saying is that you can't do it under the quick reply part...you have to go to the advanced page.
