I hate how some people can never be happy and think they are the only ones out there. I understand photography costs a lot...I do...but I don't get why they just can't be happy.

I have this one customer who has been getting on my nerves. First He was told that the family pics he had done could be put online so out of town relatives could see them. So right after he picked them up, he called me and wondered why his pictures weren't online yet. Um...maybe because you aren't the only one I'm working at putting online and maybe because you sent the e-mails to an account that only my dad can access and he wasn't there at the time.

Then today, he comes in to order...now, when the pics were taken, they were taken on a day when it had been raining earlier. The pics were taken with a gazebo in the background. Well, when the light from the camera flashed, the water slicked steps became a little hotter and created a glare. He wanted to know why the photographer didn't take them to a different area because of it (um...maybe because he didn't see the glare in the split second that the flash flared.) and wanted to know if the whole thing could be fixed with photoshop. Yeah...it can be fixed...but it will cost you. He then asked "Well, isn't that your guy's fault about the shine?" Not if the photographer didn't realize the shine was there.

That is so my biggest pet peeve though. People who think Photoshop is the end all, be all and can fix everything under the sun. Years ago, no one even thought that their photos could be changed...and I think I liked it better that way. People were so much happier. (Or at least seemed to be). Nowadays, everything is a flaw that just has to be changed.

AARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!
