I got there and Jay's attorney asked for a continuance b/c she was having problems with her eye and needed to go to the emergancy room.... which i'm ok with... this would have lifted the no contact thing... and now it'll be in place for another month or so... so it's all good.

Thanks for the above, it means a lot, sometimes it's nice to hear that. I try hard to remember what is going on with everyone even though I am overwhelmed...

Speaking of Overwhelmed, MJ was denied for the Med Waiver for a second time. The Psychologist at APD days that from the sound of her Neuro's letter, she doesn't *sound* autistic, even though HE lists it as one of her 4 Diagnoses...sigh.

I wish! This cloud over us is just huge, it even managed to extend to Nana's visit. At least we were all togehter for the bad stuff that week.:rolleyes:

I've been doing alot of Miss and Mr.'s lately.. some people get offended i think ;) But if you spent one day in my life you'd realize I call everyone that... i don't mean it offensively at all... lol it's just a southern respect thing. ;) I'm glad you didn't mind it... :lol:

and to the second part? *sigh* She is a beautiful little lady with a gorgeous smile and a personality that doesn't stop... my guess is people see that and then just stop looking beyond at the deeper root of it all. :( so sorry honey...
