Well . . .
We decided that we don't need a special kit to make one because we already own a binding machine and George has numerous programs that include calendar pages. So we are currently looking through our gazillion pictures and deciding what we're gonna do. We will probably make at least two calendars!

Ahhh that helps. I used to have access to a binder thing at the kid's elementary school, but now that they've grown up, it's not an option anymore.
