DD had a 22 year-old BF when she was 17. Maturity-wise they were probably on an even par, but boy did she put us through the wringer about him!

Our super intelligent, super ambitious daughter chose a chip-on-his-shoulder-pants-hanging-off-his-butt loser boy to hang out with. . .for 2 years! Two very long years!!!!

Yikes! Becky's college BF for 2 years was sooo totally opposite of her (no ambition, no job to speak of, no strong commitment to getting a degree at all), but thankfully she wised up to him last year!

I'm off today, but I work tomorrow. At least weekend mornings aren't quite as busy. The weather here is gorgeous, so I'm hoping to get out for a bit today and enjoy it before the cold moves in to stay!

Two is a fun age...especially when you get to hand them back to Mommy when you are done having fun
I am anxiously awaiting my first nephew...but I have to wait until January.
