It really is. I have never had hard woods....they are absolutely amazing. And it will be wonderful when I have a pet...I won't have trouble cleaning up the floors.

Our real estate agent said that we have just added so much value on to our house. Right now she believes our house is up in value 15,000 or so just from the repairs we've done and she thinks that in a year that amount will go up to around 30,000. :sohappy:

(It does help when you've bought a repoed house...any repairs done add tremendous value...even the simplest of things such as paint.)

the paint has been amazing!!! I can't stand white walls! Way too plain. So that was the first thing I knew i wanted to do. Although, I have quickly learned I don't particularly like to paint...but I would do it in a heartbeat if it helped add value to my house again.

I like the character the color adds to the walls. I love to paint! Although, I tend to end up w/ lots of "oops's" on the ceiling...not very good at staying in the lines :lookaroun
