Contractors don't understand either, I mean I tried to tell one, look I'll get to that as soon as I finish chatting with Dot, Fishy, Dana, Steph, Bunny and Susie.... they don't understand!

I had a BAD one last night. I tried to work a little from home.... then got to a brick wall.... went to bed at 11:00 and then it HIT!!! And Hard! I was literally wide awake until sometime after 1:30, then awake from anxiety in stomach at 2:30 and awake until at least 3:30, then awake again at 4:30 until the alarm goes off at 5:31. What do you do?
