Hi guys, Okay - i've given up on trying to catch up - y'all are just going to have to fill me in on anything i've missed...

Update 4 me: I'm down 5 lbs... running/walking/jogging/movingmytush aprox 3+ miles a day... missing you all - but really enjoying all this nice weather...
