and have an alligator-filled moat next to it...steal a few from Gatorland...I don't think they'll notice 4 or five gators missing...probably just figure their eating someone's dogs...when they are actually eating stupid humans w/ IQs lower than that of dogs...

it'd be cheap, live entertainment and everyone would love it...we'd have two e-rides at Mission: SPACE! "Get your fastpass to see the dip****s get eaten alive!"...straight from the mouth of the mouse...

I know this is somewhat off-topic, but does anyone know how much square footage is inside the pavilion? When I saw the back of construction a number of months back from TT it didn't look as deep as it was wide. . . but I would assume that it would have to be rather substantial, if the proposed ride system were implemented. . .

While I don't know the overall square footage of the building I can tell you that it's not really all that big in comparison to say, Horizons. Being as how it's supposed to be a simulator based ride, it shouldn't need all that much space, though.

That's sad - an ENTIRE attraction based on simulation....

So, let's say it's a GOOD simulation...Horizons should not be replaced with that kind of attraction!

Judging from the amount of money disney put into this ride (buying all sorts of new technology)...I think this will be WAY above the average simulator....

True too, although it looked rather large from the last time I saw it. . . but the simulation requires a centrifuge of some sort appearantly, and there are likely to be some mockups of mission control and whatnot--but either way, you're probably right in saying that it doesn't need that much space, but probably more than what is occupied by, say, Body Wars.

I'm still curious to know some of the specs of the building, if anyone happens to have some. . .

I guarantee you this ride will be MUCH more popular than Horizons...again...it's nothing like any simulator you have yet experienced, as it is simulating something you can't do any other way...besides physically launching you into space. If you like a good e-ride, you will love this ride:)
