"It depends what type of 15 year old hotshot you get! If you get someone like me, a 16 year old who flew airplanes since he was 14, you'll be lucky!"

Yes. That would be good. All pilots please take your job of landing the pod seriously. Pilots are responsible for cleaning the cabins!

Um...this ride goes to Mars...regardless, Disney could easily change such a problem to simply be a computer failure (wouldn't that be ironic considering the ride sponsor hehe) that shuts off the auto-pilot.

That's a cool idea!

Landing, yes. Cleaning, no. Also, the space rockets are no different from typical airplanes. They land the same way!

Might be a bad idea for a single rider's line then...hotshots need to stick together...and if there is a control stick for one guest, it would definitely add replay value if you weren't picked......start the line now =b

Wasn't one of Horizon's options space?

Maybe Disney kept track of what everyone pushed and the top vote getter was space. They decided to pick a space pavillion based on this.

So now, maybe you have 3 choices of which country you want to land in. After keeping track for a few years, that country gets a new pavillion in WS.

It's like Horizon's newborn child :) (same traits)

I thought the exact same thing! I heard there will also be parts of Horizons around (not just recycled steel beams either!)

Well the only problem with an "abort" button is the the pro-life people would for sure protest! j/k

By late March. Construction is ahead of schedule (this is why there has been a mad dash to complete the outside lately), so it could be open earlier...perhaps soft openings by January.

Soft Openings r Where VIP members or the Ride Just starts to open to the Public i think... but im not very good at this allthough i remember soft openings for PW. I have heard that Mission Space would be opening in 2003 sometime but i believe it will open sooner... Maybe Before Christmas. Does anyone know what this ride is going to be exactly? i couldn't get the photos so i didn't see the ride concept.. :brick: I wouldn't want it to be another spin and puke, Disney has plenty of those little spin rides. Especially Zamperla Clones like Dumbo and Stuff. If anyone knows exactly what this is please tell me.

And please dont tell me its like a Centrifuge :hammer:
