The pin is either counterifet or a CM exclusive.

It is currently a Cast Member exclusive, only found on lanyards. A more wide release of SPACE pins can be expected once an opening date is announced, as early as tomorrow, at the AK Press Event.

That's what I was leaning towards. I would suspect they release the "press pin box" tomorrow, with a pin for Mission:SPACE, and Everest, along with anything else that they announce.

Note that in another thread, it was noted that on dizpins.com today, we learned that the pin I first brought up a few days ago is now on sale at Epcot. Get it while it's hot!

I have another message from my WDW Inside source:

YOU'RE FIRED FOR LEAKING INSIDE INFORMATION!!!!!

Seriously, though. It's hard to believe that the original interior picture that steve posted is the inside of that ride vehicle. Hmmmmm.....

I agree...I have never bought one and never plan too. This does not mean I dont like them or the people who collect them, but I just dont understand......With that being said I am a Toy Collector so I am just as bad :)

Funny you should say that...I just got back from a 24 Hour Pin Trading event up here in NJ. It was so much fun.

I have the original, very first edition, 1 of 1,500, Gift shop version ladder (sorry, cant tell you my source for it). Each Trade worker has engraved his or her name in the steps. It was a bargain at $499.98!

I have it on display in a hermetically sealed, climate controlled, bulletproof glass case in my living room.

I hear the maintenance version will be a larger release (15,000 produced by Werner http://www.wernerladder.com/ ) and will be less valuable. :(

Ahhh so that's where it went!!!
And you paid them $499,98 ??
For MY Production Ladder... a Rip off!!!
Just can't remember putting my autograph on it...

You should have asked me... I would have given it to you for Free...

At least I got my "Chair" back...
That's why you don't see it around anymore...
And for FREE... (it was mine all the time anyway)
So no more photos of My chair, I took it back,
It's my porch again, where it belongs...
