I highly doubt it. Even if there was a delay... which I don't think there would be... I really don't think Disney would wait an entire YEAR after the tragedy to open a theme park ride that has nothing to do with it other than the theme of space. Plus, Twister was delayed a week... I don't think Mission: Space would be delayed one year.
