Missing CD anyone else?

Hey all, had a RANDOM problem today. I bought a few CDs in the park and when I opened up my Fantasmic Soundtrack there was NO disc inside! Has this happened to anyone else? I bought mine at the Emperorum and am going to try to exchange it tomorrow (but I'm not hopeful).

Either way let this serve as a warning make sure you open your cds at the park quickly I couldn't imagine waiting until after a vacation and finding no disc.

I used to work in a music store and missing discs are not an unheard of problem. Neither are mislabeled discs or getting two or three extras in the case. I'm sure Disney will replace it.

Have your receipt handy when you talk to them about it. Disney is very good about trying to make things right. And be polite -not that you were not planning to be - as it will always get you farther.

I'm sure its something that can easily happen every so often, I would just take it back to WDW with your recepit and they will most likely replace it for you without a problem.

If people have left from their vacation and realise there is a problem you can allways phone up guest relations they are allways a big help even for international visitors.

Disney is terrific about taking care of things like this. Be courteous, explain what happened, and I'm sure they'll make it right.

Yeah they exchanged it alright (Emporium had none on the shelf however for some reason so I did it at the cinema). I was a bit worried nothing would be done (am a CM and my discount was on the reciept) but thankfully it was not an issue.
