I really wish the would re-theme The TTC to more of an Victoria-style theme which would fit beautifully in the MK Resort area...

Something more along the lines like this...

I'd be onboard with this. The current TTC is bland and unappealing. It's very institutional/government looking.

The angle of the formwork in the 2nd photo looks a lot more like stairs than a ramp to me. As a means of emergency egress, I suspect they will only be adding stairs, since they take up significantly less space than ramps and fit the code requirements. ADA guests would be directed to the ramps, while the remaining guests are quickly dispersed via the stairs on the end of the platforms

Like the Hong Kong Disneyland MTR station, perhaps?

I personally think that Disney does Victorian a little too often, but at this point anything would be better than the utilitarian look of TTC

Yes
If the TTC got new skylights (they're yellowed), new paint scheme and some small Disney touches it would be drastically improved. This whole area from ticket booths to the station is not good first impression anymore. It has needed work for long time. But major refurb is out with the #s of guests involved. I'd say it's much more likely to see the small touches to bring improvement.

TTC has always been parking-lot functional and a bit of a let down.

Imagine how cool it'd be (I was assuming you were just talking about the Monorail platforms with the pic above) if they made all of the TTC themed in some fashion? It'd really feel like you were embarking on/returning from an adventure instead of entering/leaving the parking lot.

Yes to me the color palette and also style of the TTC is horrible compared to the actual Magic Kingdom.. They do not go together at all

I've always thought that if Disney would change the color scheme to black and silver, enclose the whole structure in tinted glass, add air doors for the trains, and climate control the platforms, the TTC would look and feel as modern as it should. Also, recolor the base color of the trains to a graphite color while keeping the color stripes would also make things more modern.

Sounds like a photoshop challenge. Too bad I don't know how to use photoshop =(

I think the point is the TTC is the "real world that you're leaving behind" and the Magic Kingdom is well...magical....just look at the difference in the boat docks and the MK monorail stop from the TTC. But I do agree, it could use some love, and by love I mean $50,000 worth of paint.
